Arkansas (World Desk): The kindergarten graduation ceremony held at Faulk Elementary School in West Memphis, Arkansas, USA, turned into tension and chaos when a fight suddenly broke out between some of the parents present there. This incident happened when the graduation ceremony of small children was going on and there was a huge crowd in the school premises.
Video went viral on social media
A video of the incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which it can be seen that some women are first arguing among themselves and then the matter reaches a scuffle. Two men are initially seen trying to calm the fight, but after a while they also get involved in the fight. The video shows how the atmosphere of the ceremony suddenly became violent and scary.
Children appealed to adults to stop
The most worrying thing was that during this entire incident, small children were scared. Many children were seen crying and some were also heard saying to the adults, “Please stop.” One child went to his mother and started crying out of fear, while some children were seen being taken to a safe place by the teacher.
Wig pulled, shirt torn, but the reason is still unknown
It can be clearly seen in the video footage that a woman’s wig was pulled and a man’s shirt was torn. However, the real reason for this fight has not been revealed yet. The school administration or the police have not revealed the reason behind this dispute.

School administration expressed strong displeasure
The West Memphis School District has strongly condemned this incident and called it completely unacceptable. The administration said, “We are aware of this shameful incident that took place at Faulk Elementary School. The safety of students, staff and school premises is our top priority. Any behavior that disrupts the school environment will not be tolerated at all.”
The school district administration has also made it clear that they will conduct a thorough investigation in collaboration with the West Memphis Police Department and strict action will be taken against whoever is found responsible for this incident as per the law.
