A shocking incident has come to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Jhansi district, where a man is seen being forcefully held down by villagers as they cut his hair. Jhansi police have filed a complaint after a video of the incident went viral on social media platforms.
According to media reports, this man’s hair was being cut because he refused to do forced labor. The influential people of the village wanted this man to provide straw and water to their animals. When he refused, he was beaten, hung upside down from a tree and his hair was also cut. Not only this, a procession was taken out in the village and a video was made.
