Located in Worli, Mumbai, the Palace Royal is now the tallest building in India. Work on India’s tallest building officially began in 2008. The land on which this building is located, previously owned by Shri Ram Mills Limited, has been cleared. The building was finally completed in 2021, almost 13 years after construction began. The 320 m (1050 ft) tall building is a residence. The project cost a total of Rs 3000 crore to complete. The building has 88 floors and 12 elevators.

2. Supernova Spira, Noida – 300 m

Located at Sector 94, Amrapali Marg, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, Supernova Spira is one of the tallest skyscrapers in India, consisting of eighty floors and will be used for various purposes. It stands at a height of about 300 m (984 ft), making it the building with the highest number of floors in India. The building is located near Amity University. One of the tallest buildings in India, this building is an important landmark in Noida and is known by several other names including Spira and Supertech Supernova.

3. The World One Tower – 280 m

The World One is the third tallest building in India with a height of 280.2 m (919 ft). It is located in the Lower Parel area of Mumbai. The Lodha Group currently owns the building. It is the tallest of the three towers built in the same complex, although two additional structures are of similar height. The entire project was built on the site of the former Shrinivas Mills. The building has 78 levels, of which two are below ground and 76 above.

4. World View, Worli, Mumbai – 277.5 m

The tallest building in India is World View, which is fourth on the list. This 7.1-hectare property shares the World One complex with two buildings. The building has around 73 floors. World One and World View have become the identity of the community where they are located. The tower also serves for residential uses apart from its other functions.

5. The Park by Lodha, Worli, Mumbai – 268 m

The Park comes in at number five. Residents of The Park can expect a first-class living experience. You’ll find it in Worli, Mumbai. Five identical towers (Lodha Allura, Lodha Trump Tower, Lodha Kiara Tower, Lodha Marquis and Parkside) make up The Park. Their combined height is 268 m (879 ft).

6. Lodha Parkside, Parel Mumbai – 266.3 m

A boutique residential complex known as Lodha Parkside is located along the famous Mumbai Mile in the Worli area of South Mumbai. Lodha Parkside is a 266.3 m high, 78-storey building built around a beautiful 7-acre private park on a hill. 7. Nathani Heights, Mumbai – 262 meters

The Nathani Heights building is currently the seventh tallest building in India. The neighbourhood of Mahalaxmi can be found in Mumbai, and this structure can be found there. The height of the structure is approximately 262 meters (860 feet), and the entire system stands at a height of 72 floors.

8. Kolkata’s The 42 – 260 meters

The 42 has become one of the crown jewels of the city of Kolkata. It is located in Chowringhee, the primary financial and commercial district of the city. It is the only skyscraper in India that makes it to the top 10 list, but it is not located in Mumbai, but in Kolkata. The building stands approximately 260 meters (853 feet) tall and has 65 floors.

9. One Avighna Park, Mumbai – 260 m

Mumbai’s One Avighna Park is a great spot in the city’s majestic skyline, nestled beautifully in the middle of the iconic Twin Towers Mumbai. Located in Mumbai’s Parel area, the building stands at a height of 260 m (853 ft). The total height of the building is 64 floors. India’s tallest skyscraper has reached the ninth spot in the list of tallest buildings in the country.

10. Imperial, Mumbai – 240 m

Mumbai is home to the Tardeo Imperial. The building is a twin-tower structure and is one of the most modern luxury flats in Mumbai. The antenna spire adds another 240 m to the combined height of the towers, taking the total height to 256 m. Both the buildings have 60 floors each.
