New Delhi: Jindal Steel Chairman Naveen Jindal, Jindal Foundation Chairperson Shallu Jindal, and other members of the Jindal family participated in the annual Rath Yatra at the Angul Township in Odisha on Thursday.

Naveen Jindal, accompanied by his mother Savitri Jindal and wife Shallu Jindal, Chairperson of Jindal Foundation, performed the traditional ‘Chhera Pahanra’ ritual, which involves ceremonially sweeping the path ahead of the chariots of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Devi Subhadra.

Shallu Jindal writes on social media website X, “Participating in the annual Rath Yatra with the Jindal Steel family at the Angul Township comes with a sense of devotion, joy, and togetherness that is truly special. Every year, I return feeling blessed, with renewed hope, and a deeper appreciation for the strength that community and tradition bring into our lives.”

“As the divine chariots of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Devi Subhadra move forward once again, may they inspire us to journey through life with faith in our hearts, kindness in our actions, and gratitude for every blessing,” Shallu Jindal added.
