Senior BJP leader and Uttar Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Saturday accused that Samajwadi Party’s PDA formula was actually a Parivar (family) Development Agency. He said that PDA was used to expand Akhilesh Yadav’s family in the name of poor, backward and Dalits.
Keshav Prasad Maurya wrote on social media website X, “Mr Akhilesh Yadav’s “PDA” is actually the Family Development Agency. It is in the name of the poor, backward and Dalits, but real aim is to expand their family. In reality, when the list of tickets comes out, only uncles, nephews and close ones are seen.”
Maurya further wrote, “From the village assembly to the Lok Sabha, the flag of familism has been raised by SP, which is both history and present.”
“On the other hand, there is Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, who is strengthening the foundation of democracy by involving lakhs of youth from non-political families in the Gram Sabha to the Lok Sabha, by removing the quagmire of nepotism. SP’s PDA means only development of the family, BJP’s aim is the expansion of democracy!”, Keshav Maurya wrote.
“The public is understanding the difference between “family model and development model”, he further wrote.
