Lucknow. Sixteen-year-old Monalisa Bhosle from Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh, who became famous for her viral image in Prayagraj Mahakumbh, is now stepping in a new direction. Monalisa has recently announced to step into the film industry and has signed her upcoming film ‘The Diary of Manipur’. The director of this film is Sanoj Mishra, who has previously made films like ‘The Diary of West Bengal’. Mishra personally offered Monalisa for this film and also shared information about this on his social media page.

Monalisa Bhosle lives in Maheshwar in Khargone district, where she has been selling flowers since childhood. However, her name came to light when she became an internet star while selling Rudraksh garlands in Mahakumbh. Her charming eyes and personality made her an internet sensation. This viral popularity also boosted her business, however, the glare of the media had kept her away from normal life for some time.
