Its ESG ratings are based on publicly available information, including annual reports, sustainability and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reports, exchange filings, investor presentations and information published by regulators and government agencies.
The rating was independently assigned by CRISIL ESG Ratings. Hindustan Zinc has clarified that it did not engage the agency for the assessment and that the report was prepared using publicly available information and disclosures.
Hindustan Zinc disclosed the rating to the stock exchanges on July 22, 2026, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.
