A 23-year old nurse was allegedly gang-raped by three persons in Uttar Pradesh’s Chitrakoot district on Saturday. The victim’s family alleges that the accused gagged the victim, made a video of the assault and threatened to kill her.
Sharing this incident on X, Samajwadi Party wrote, “They threw the victim on the railway track to kill her, reprehensible and shameful! The BJP government has completely failed in the name of women’s safety. The government should punish the culprits through fast track court and provide justice to the victim as soon as possible.”
