Rourkela (Business Correspondent): Employees including executives of SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) have been recognised for their outstanding contributions and achievements at the workplace with instant appreciation and rewards under SAIL Shabash Scheme.
9 employees including executives of departments coming under the purview of Human Resources were awarded for their exemplary performance in a felicitation ceremony held in the Samadhan Conference Hall on 4th April, 2025. Mr. Tarun Misra, ED (HR) presided over the function and presented the awards. In a similar function held on 7th April, 11 employees including executives of HR Department were awarded under ‘SAIL Shabash’ scheme. S N Panda, CGM (HR) presented the awards to the recepients.
In a similar programme organised for the F &A department at Chintan Conference Hall on 8th April, 2025, Mr. A K Behuria, ED (F&A) presented Shabash Awards to 9 executives of F&A Department.
In the felicitation ceremony held recently in the ED Works Conference Hall, 50 employees including executives of various departments were awarded for their exemplary performance. Mr. B R Palai, ED (Works) presided over the function and presented the awards.
10 employees including executives of Mines Central Coordination were awarded under ‘SAIL Shabash’ scheme for their innovative endeavours at a function held recently at conference hall of ED (Mines) Office. Mr M P Singh, ED(Mines) presided over the function and handed over the awards.
Senior Officers of the respective areas were present in all the award functions. The Senior Officers appreciated the efforts of the award winners and encouraged them to continue to excel at their work places to bring glory for the plant.
