Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Sunday announced to hold protest across Bihar for a nationwide caste census and the inclusion of reservation issue in the 9th schedule of the constitution.
RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav informed of social media website X, “Today, RJD will hold a sit-in protest across Bihar against the anti-constitution and anti-reservation NDA government, demanding caste census across the country and inclusion of the 65% reservation increased by our government in the 9th Schedule of the Constitution.”
The 9th Schedule of the Constitution includes a list of Central and State laws that cannot be challenged in any courts of India.
