Gurugram: The Board of Directors of RHI Magnesita India Ltd., the leading manufacturer and supplier of high-grade refractory products, systems and solutions, today announced the appointment of Pankaj Malhan as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective 1 July 2026. The Board also announced that Parmod Sagar, who has been serving as Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, will continue as the Chairman of the Board of the Company.
Pankaj joins RHI Magnesita with over 30 years of leadership experience across steel, manufacturing, industrial materials, and infrastructure sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully led large and complex organizations through growth, transformation, operational excellence, and value creation. His extensive experience and proven leadership make him exceptionally well positioned to lead our India business into its next phase of growth.
RHI Magnesita India looks forward to the next phase of growth under Pankaj Malhan’s leadership and to the continued support and guidance of Parmod Sagar in his role as the Chairman.
