Mumbai: KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group Company, has secured new orders of Rs. 1,014 crores in its India T&D business, including its first order for setting up of a 765 kV Transmission line for evacuation of power from a Pumped Storage Plant (PSP) in Western India.
Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International Ltd. said, “We are delighted to secure this prestigious order from an existing client for the evacuation of power from a PSP. This marks an important milestone for our T&D business as we support the growing power infrastructure requirements of the Renewables segment. With these wins, our YTD order intake stands at over Rs. 9,600 crores.”
