New Delhi: India’s political landscape is set to change with the ZenG protest, as it has moved from social media to the streets. The ZenG movement’s (Cockroach Janata Party) founder, Abhijeet Dimke, has come to India from the USA to lead this protest, and thousands of young protesters have also reached Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. They are demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan for his failure to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of examinations in India, particularly the NEET examinations.
Heavy police forces have been deployed around Jantar Mantar. Youth have started arriving in large numbers.
Cockroach Janata Party informed with the twitter handle ‘Cockroach is Back’, “Delhi Police has granted permission for the protest at Jantar Mantar. We can now assemble directly at Jantar Mantar, and no longer need to go to the Parliament Street Police Station, as originally planned. Cockroaches aa rahe hain, Dharmendra Pradhan jaa rahe hain.”
“With the full backing of the Constitution of India, cockroaches will begin our protest at Jantar Mantar demanding Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation starting at 10 am.,” the added.
