The Indian team won the ICC U19 Women’s T 20 World Cup 2025, which marked a landmark victory for Nari Shakti.
The Indian U19 women’s cricket team made history by making it champions in the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2025. India won this match as a country and also brought women’s cricket in India to its highest till date. During the tournament, they won all the games without losing as they had teamwork at its finest.
The match against Malaysia gave the team the highest thrill. Vaishnavi Sharma delivered outstanding left-arm spin performance which culminated in the five wickets and just five runs as well as three back-to-back wickets.
Vaishnavi Sharma delivered historic six-wicket masterpiece to reduce Malaysia to a score of 31 runs. The Indian team ran through the target during 2.5 overs with all their wickets intact thus proving their superiority of performance.
