India, Sri Lanka, South Africa to Play in Women’s ODI Tri-Series in April-May

New Delhi (Nilesh Tiwari): India, Sri Lanka and South Africa will be participating in a Women’s ODI Tri-Series in April and May.

Sri Lanka Cricket confirmed about India, Sri Lanka and South Africa playing in a Women’s One-Day International (ODI) tri-series in the months of April-May of this current year.

The international matches of this tournament will be played at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo under daylight circumstances. India hosts first within the tournament against Sri Lanka on April 27. The final match between the two best teams is played on May 11 since they both host four host matches.

The upcoming tri-series tournament is an exhibition match of the Women of India who host England on tour in June and July.

Women’s Premier League (WPL) tour welcomed Indian women’s cricketers to play for three venues between February 14 in Vadodara until completion on March 15 in Mumbai.

Sri Lanka’s home turf will provide them with an opportunity to keep pace with the level of competition that has been established by their two adversaries. The current cricket tournament has massive popularity amongst the audience due to the presence of sheer talent from all three teams involved.

April 27: India v Sri Lanka

April 29: India v South Africa

May 1: South Africa v Sri Lanka

May 4: Sri Lanka v India

May 6: India vs. South Africa

May 8: Sri Lanka vs. South Africa

May 11: Final
