New Delhi (Nilesh Tiwari): National celebrations were outburst in India as India defeated Pakistan in the Champions Trophy. Indian national cricket team had defeated Pakistan in the Champions Trophy, and because of this, open celebration was seen.

India celebrated its cricketers with its spectators dancing in mad abandon. Waving their tricolors and shouting “India! India!” A number of locals left behind the Mumbai Marine Drive promenade and Delhi city centre to join a party.

Both small towns and large cities enjoyed the sight of light illuminations from fireworks, which were added with air rhythms of drum beats. Cricket audiences rushed to enjoy much of outdoor match broadcasting as they viewed boundary and wicket hit in games.

The cricket community enhanced its appreciation of the team for their amazing job. Politicians and Bollywood stars and previous cricketers posted congratulatory messages on their social media channels to the Men in Blue squad.

“Jaazeejeet hai! What a thumping win!” Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted. Our team so rightly deserves the whistles and bravo for its mere determination and fervent passion. Congratulations Team India! Twitterati across the world celebrated the triumph for trending hashtags #IndiaWins and #BleedBlue.
