Greater Noida (National Desk): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday released its first list of 29 candidates for the upcoming Delhi Assembly. Former MP Parvesh Sahib Singh (Parvesh Verma) will take on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from the New Delhi constituency.
Parvesh Verma expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP’s National President Jagat Prakash Nadda and Delhi State BJP in-charge Panda for the trust bestowed on him for selecting the BJP candidate from New Delhi Assembly.
Parvesh Verma said that he received this responsibility due to their (Narendra Modi, Amit Shah) trust and guidance. He will work with full loyalty and dedication and will take Delhi towards progress and prosperity.
He further wrote on X, “The corrupt people of Aam Aadmi Party have built glass palaces for themselves but have only cheated the slum dwellers of Delhi. But now not only the slum dwellers but every voter of Delhi has decided to free Delhi from the disaster.”
“After the elections, we won’t need your false promises. Because the time of deceit politics of deceit is now about to end. Delhi is ready to write a new chapter by dealing with this AAP-Da!” he added.

Former MP Ramesh Bidhuri will contest against CM Atishi from Kalkaji. Ramesh Bidhuri on Friday accused, “during the press conference, a person exposed the health system of AAP, then Mahathug Arvind Kejriwal ran away without giving any answer!
