New Delhi: Chief of the Army Staff (#COAS) General Dhiraj Seth interacted with the Women Officers of the first-ever Tri-Service all-women circumnavigation sailing expedition, Samudra Pradakshina, following their return on 22 Jul 2026.
The Indian Army informed on social media website X, “The nine women officers completed an extraordinary 314-day voyage, covering nearly 25,500 nautical miles across four oceans, exemplifying courage, endurance, teamwork and the indomitable spirit of women.”
“Their remarkable achievement stands as a testament to the professionalism and resolve of the Indian Armed Forces,” The Indian Army added.
