Bengaluru (Defence Correspondent): In a landmark moment, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Upendra Dwivedi and Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Air Marshal AP Singh on Sunday flew a sortie together in the indigenous light combat aircraft (LCA) Tejas from Yelahanka air base in Bengaluru.
Indian Air Force wrote on X, “A testament to synergy, jointmanship and Atmanirbharta, this flight highlights the growing integration between the services, and the operational capability of #MakeInIndia platforms.
As #AeroIndia25 begins, this milestone sets the stage for India’s evolving prowess in indigenous defence manufacturing.
