Dr. Prathap C. Reddy, Founder & Chairman, Apollo Hospitals Group, said:

“Q1 FY27 marks a strong start to the year, building on the momentum of FY26. Consolidated revenue grew 21% year-on-year to ₹7,043 crore, supported by strong-based performance across Healthcare Services, Diagnostics and Retail Health, and Digital Health and Pharmacy. The performance reflects the strength of our integrated model and the continued trust that patients and their families place in Apollo.

I am particularly encouraged by this performance at a time when Indian healthcare is undergoing an important transition. India has made remarkable progress in expanding access to quality healthcare over the past four decades. Institutions like Apollo have both the opportunity and the responsibility to contribute to that transformation. The rising burden of non-communicable diseases and growing need for specialised care require us to move beyond episodic treatment towards a model that connects prevention, early diagnosis, advanced intervention and long-term care.

Apollo’s integrated healthcare ecosystem is well placed to support this shift. Above all, these results reflect the enduring trust that patients and their families place in us. That trust remains our greatest responsibility.

During the quarter, we continued to expand access to advanced care with the commissioning of our hospitals in Sarjapur, Bangalore in Q1 FY27. Apollo now has plans to add over 5,800 total beds over the next 5 years.

Apollo HealthCo continued to pursue profitable and sustainable growth by strengthening its omnichannel pharmacy network and digital healthcare delivery. Together with our diagnostics and retail health businesses, these platforms are making healthcare more convenient, enabling earlier intervention and helping people engage with their health more consistently.

International patient demand remained steady, supported by our engagement with governments, embassies and healthcare partners. The continued confidence of patients from around the world reflects the strength of India’s clinical expertise and reinforces its potential to become a leading global destination for high-quality healthcare.

As we look ahead, we will remain focused on clinical excellence and patient safety, preventive and patient-centric care, disciplined expansion and prudent capital allocation. Growth is meaningful only when it allows us to touch more lives. Apollo will remain steadfast in its founding purpose, to bring world-class healthcare, delivered with compassion, within the reach of every family and to help build a healthier India.”
