New Delhi: Angel One Limited has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.
Dinesh Thakkar, Chairman & Managing Director, said, “India is witnessing one of the largest wealth creation opportunities in its history, and technology is making financial services more accessible than ever before. We believe the next decade will belong to platforms that combine innovation, trust and execution at scale.
Angel One is evolving into an AI-powered financial platform designed to serve clients across trading and investing, wealth, credit and global markets. Every product we build, every capability we add and every investment we make is guided by a simple objective: helping clients make better financial decisions and achieve their aspirations.
Our ambition is to build a platform that becomes an indispensable part of every client’s financial journey. With strong foundations, multiple growth engines and a relentless focus on client outcomes, we are confident in our ability to create enduring value while contributing meaningfully to India’s financial future.”
Ambarish Kenghe, Group CEO said, “The second quarter reinforced the resilience of our client franchise despite significant changes in India’s market structure including revised bank funding norms and introduction of the Closing Auction Session in cash equities. While these changes temporarily impacted broking activity, client engagement recovered steadily, with our average daily orders reaching 5.8 million in September 2026, approaching pre-CAS levels. More importantly participation deepened as our average client funding book reached a record high of ₹ 74.5 billion, growing by 40.5% year-on-year.
Customer preference remained strong across our platform. We increased our share of retail equity derivatives turnover to 22.1%, up 43 basis points year-on-year, while commodity turnover more than doubled.
We continue to evolve our platform into a broader financial-services ecosystem. During the quarter, we began the early beta of Loan Against Securities within our NBFC and will scale the product with discipline and responsibility. Supported by our AI and ML-powered underwriting and risk models, monthly credit distribution reached a record high in September 2026. We also received authorization to operate as a Global Access Provider in the IFSC, creating a pathway to offer customers investment opportunities beyond domestic markets.
Combined with a standalone operating margin of 48.9%, above our guided range, these investments position us well to deepen customer relationships across investing, borrowing and wealth creation, while capitalizing on India’s long-term financialization opportunity.”
