New Delhi: American expatriate Kristen Fisher, who has been living in India for about four years, recently shared a list of facilities in her Instagram video that she has found in India and wants the US to have these facilities too. According to her, these things found in India can be very beneficial for America. Let’s know about her list.

  1. Digital ID and Unified Payment Interface (UPI)

Kristen Fisher praised India’s Digital ID and Unified Payment Interface (UPI). She told that she can make payments through her phone without any cash. This facility is very easy and convenient for her. According to her, this technology is something that the whole world should adopt.

  1. Availability of auto and rickshaw

Kristen praised the availability of auto and rickshaw in India. She considers it the cheapest, fastest and convenient way to get around. She likes it a lot in India because she doesn’t have such an option in the US.

  1. Access to doctors and medicines

Getting an appointment with a doctor and getting medicines is also very easy for an American expat in India. She said that in India, appointments are often not required to see a doctor and prescriptions are not necessary for medicines. In contrast, in the US, one has to wait for a long time to see a doctor.

  1. Garbage disposal system

The garbage disposal system in India is much cheaper and convenient than in the US. Kristen praised the government-mandated garbage collection service and said it is better than the expensive garbage management services in the US.

  1. Availability of skilled workers

Hiring skilled workers is very easy and cheap in India. Kristen said this is very convenient compared to the US, where hiring someone can be expensive.

  1. Abundance of vegetarian food

India has a lot of vegetarian options, which Kristen feels is missing a lot in the US. She admired India’s rich culinary scene and wanted to replicate it in the US.

  1. Information on price of goods

Prices and product information are also very accessible in India. Kristen liked the convenience of being able to easily know the price of any item.

  1. Use of delivery apps

The convenience of delivery apps in India won Kristen’s heart. She said that there are dozens of apps that deliver goods to her doorstep within minutes. She does not get this facility in the US, which is a big convenience in India.

Kristen Fisher has found many such facilities during her stay in India which she thinks should also be there in the US. Through these facilities, not only can life be made easier and cheaper, but it can also be a useful technology for the whole world.
