Greater Noida (National Desk), December 06: The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday accused that central government and Food Corporation of India have intentionally created paddy and wheat storage crisis in Punjab.
Aam Aadmi Party leader Sandeep Pathak raised this issue in the Zero Hour of Parliament. He informed on social media website X, “Today, in the Zero Hour of Parliament, the issue was raised that last year’s stock of paddy and wheat was not cleared on time from the godowns and rice mills of Punjab by FCI and the Central Government, which deliberately created a storage crisis. Due to this, the purchase of paddy from farmers in Punjab was delayed and farmers, rice millers and commission agents faced difficulties. It is hoped that the Central Government will resolve this serious issue and justice will be done to the farmers and rice mill owners of Punjab soon.”
