New Delhi: Upholding the spirit of the Swachh Bharat Mission, NTPC Limited is observing Swachhata Pakhwada 2026 across its stations from 16th to 31st May 2026. The initiative aims to promote cleanliness, hygiene and environmental responsibility through employee and community participation.
The Swachhata Pakhwada commenced with employees across all NTPC locations taking the Swachhata Pledge. Cleanliness drives, Swachhata rallies, Walkathons and awareness programmes are being organised across stations to encourage responsible practices and maintain clean surroundings.
As part of the campaign, plantation drives and community sensitisation activities are also being conducted at several NTPC locations. Nearby schools and local communities are also participating in various awareness activities.
The initiative reflects NTPC’s continued commitment towards sustainability, community participation and responsible corporate citizenship.
