Mumbai: Bhageria Industries Limited, a leading specialty chemicals manufacturer, has officially commenced commercial production of its new product line — Plasticizers & Ethoxylates — following regulatory approval from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) on October 7, 2025.
The launch, disclosed under SEBI’s Regulation 30, marks a strategic milestone for the company as it expands its portfolio to serve growing demand in polymer-based value chains. The newly introduced plasticizers are engineered to enhance flexibility and durability in PVC, making them ideal for applications in cables, flooring, footwear, and automotive components. Bhageria aims to cater to both domestic and international markets with this offering.
In a parallel development, the company has announced plans to expand its H-Acid production capacity at its Tarapur facility from 400 metric tonnes per month (MT/M) to 500 MT/M. The ₹5 crore investment, funded through internal accruals, is expected to be completed within six months. With current capacity utilization at approximately 95%, the expansion is projected to contribute ₹50–55 crore to annual revenue, supporting rising demand in the dyes and pigments sector.
