Greater Noida (Nation Desk), December 14: Addressing the parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that his government is continuously working a secular civil code for the country.
PM Modi said, “Keeping in mind the spirit of the Constitution makers, we are continuously working with full force for a secular civil code.”
He said that when the Constitution completed 25 years, Congress strangled the Constitution and democracy by imposing Emergency. This sin on its forehead will never be washed away. Every generation of Congress has insulted the Constitution, of which there are not just one but several examples.
