This cake is no ordinary dessert, but a living example of art. This four-tier cake created by famous pastry artist @pauline_cake has caught the attention of millions on Instagram. The video shows how this spectacular cake was prepared taking inspiration from a marine theme park.
The video begins with the pastry chef creating miniature sculptures of various sea creatures such as sharks, stingrays, and other fish from fondant and flour. She meticulously carves out the intricacies of the body shape, fins, and tails of these creatures. These sculptures are then spray painted in shades of grey, giving them a realistic feel. After this, the chef prepares layers of chocolate sponge cake. Each layer is coated with a delicious layer of chocolate sauce, buttercream and crumble, making this cake unique in both taste and texture. When all the layers of the cake are ready in the form of a cake tower, it is covered with white frosting and its surface is completely smoothed.

The real creativity of the chef comes out when she starts painting the surface of the cake with different shades of blue.
