Jaipur: Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the commercial conversion of land pertaining to the Company’s Jawai hospitality project, being developed by its wholly owned subsidiary Samskara Resorts Private Limited, has been successfully processed by the competent revenue authorities, and the
Company has received the conversion charges’ Demand Note from the Revenue Department of the Government of Rajasthan.
The Company further informs that the Jawai project is duly registered under the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS) of the Government of Rajasthan, and the Company has obtained the Certificate of Entitlement under the said policy. Accordingly, the project is entitled to a 75% exemption on the applicable conversion charges as per the provisions of the RIPS policy.
Samskara Jawai is being developed with state-of-the-art infrastructure, and Matharoo Associates, Ahmedabad is serving as the project’s Principal Architect. Samskara Jawai will feature 120 rooms, a full-service spa with lap pool, multiple restaurants, a bar and lounge, private pool villas with sun decks, expansive outdoor spaces, sound-insulated event spaces, guided safaris, family recreations and a heated indoor-outdoor pool.
This is a significant milestone in the Company’s hospitality expansion strategy and reinforces its commitment to developing luxury and ultra-luxury resort destinations across Rajasthan and beyond.
