New Delhi (Staff Correspondent), November 16: A shocking incident has come to light from Bihar’s Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) on Saturday where a young dead man can been without his eyes. PMCH doctors are allegedly claiming that the rats nibbled the eyes of the patient.
According to sources, the patient was shot, he went to PMCH for treatment, where his eye was removed. A probe has been ordered in the matter.
