PM Modi further said, “However, terrorism, separatism, and extremism are major challenges along this path. Terrorism is not just a threat to the security of any one country; it is a shared challenge for all of humanity. No country, no society, no citizen can consider themselves safe from it. That is why India has emphasized unity in the fight against terrorism.”

“In this, SCO-RATS has played a very important role. This year, while leading a Joint Information Operation, India took the initiative to combat “Al-Qaeda” and affiliated terrorist organizations. India has endured the scourge of brutal terrorism for the last four decades. Countless mothers have lost their children, and countless children have been orphaned,” he added.
