New Delhi: thyssenkrupp Decarbon Technologies has announced the appointment of Nadja Håkansson as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of its Executive Board, effective October 7, 2025.
The decision was made by the Supervisory Board, marking a strategic move to strengthen the company’s leadership in the global decarbonization sector. Håkansson will serve a three-year term ending on October 6, 2028, while continuing her current role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of thyssenkrupp Uhde, a position she has held since May 2024.
