New Delhi (Staff Correspondent), November 07: MUNPL Meja, A JV of NTPC Ltd. and UPRVUNL celebrated 50th Raising Day of NTPC Ltd. with overwhelming joy and pride. The Program was attended by Senior Management, employees and CISF Team who celebrated NTPC’s legacy as the Biggest Name in India’s Power sector.
The ceremony began with Flag Hoisting by CEO (MUNPL), Sh. Kamlesh Soni and was followed by his address which highlighted achievements and vision of NTPC Ltd. CEO (MUNPL) also talked about MUNPL Meja emerging as an important contributor in this successful journey of 49 Years with the unwavering dedication and efforts of employees. The Address was followed by the Ceremonial Cake Cutting in which the BUH, All GMs, CFO (MUNPL) and HOHR alongwith representatives of association and Union participated with great pride.
All Employees then attended the live telecast of address by Shri Gurdeep Singh, Chairman & Managing Director, NTPC Ltd. and noted all points highlighted in the address for process improvement and greater motivation of Internal and External Customers.
Shri Kamlesh Soni after this address further stressed the importance of effective work practices, urging all employees to strive for quality work and timely completion of Core activities.
