India scripted history by winning the gold medal in the 45th FIDE Chess Olympiad in Budapest on Sunday. Sharing this achievements on social media platform X, Sports Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya congratulated Men’s Chess team – D Gukesh, Arjun Erigaisi, Praggnanandhaa R, Vidit Gujrathi, and Pentala Harikrishna for winning GOLD at the Chess Olympiad
He wrote that this was India’s FIRST-EVER win in this prestigious event!
Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya also congratulated women’s team for winning gold medal in the Chess Olympiad.
