Mumbai: Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE scrip ID: GODREJPROP), one of India’s leading real estate developers, has received the project registration certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for Phase 1 of its upcoming luxury residential development, Godrej Trilogy, located in Worli, Mumbai. This marks a significant milestone in the redevelopment of a prime land parcel in one of the city’s most prestigious neighbourhoods.
The Godrej Trilogy project is being developed on a ~2.63-acre plot through a joint development model and will feature three residential towers. The total project is estimated to generate gross revenue in excess of ₹10,000 crore, underscoring its scale and strategic importance in GPL’s portfolio.
Strategically situated just off Dr. Annie Besant Road and adjacent to the iconic Mahalaxmi Racecourse, the development promises unobstructed views of both the Racecourse and the Arabian Sea. Designed to offer an exclusive lifestyle, the residences will feature spacious layouts, large private decks, and a curated suite of premium amenities tailored for discerning urban buyers.
Phase 1 of the project includes two towers — Seaturf and Seafront — which have now received RERA approval. These towers comprise approximately 11 lakh square feet of saleable area and are slated for launch in the current quarter.
