New Delhi (BharatNeetI): Durgesh K Dubey led Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) has turned profitable in January-March FY25 quarter and posted a net profit of Rs 21.39 crore. The profit numbers are delivered mainly on the back of increased income.
The Visakhapatnam based dredging player was in loss of Rs 25.97 crore in January-March FY 2023-24 fiscal. Dredging Corporation of India increased its total income by 67 per cent to Rs 464.38 crore in the fourth quarter from Rs 278.80 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
Durgest K Dubey is an IRTS officer of 2006 batch and belongs to Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh. He also holds the charge of Deputy Chairman Visakhapatnam Port Authority. Dubey assumed the charge as MD & CEO DCI on April 16, 2024. The official has served the Indian Railways in various roles in Bilaspur, Prayagraj and Jhansi.
