Bengaluru: Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited, a leading civil engineering contractor in India’s water infrastructure sector, has reported a robust operational performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company delivered consistent growth in its core water management business, driven by disciplined execution, milestone completions, and a healthy project pipeline.
For Q2FY26, Denta Water recorded operating revenue of ₹742.69 million, marking a 53.80% year-on-year increase from ₹482.89 million in Q2FY25. EBITDA rose 71.96% to ₹263.07 million, with margins improving to 35.42%, reflecting continued cost efficiency and execution excellence. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹189.29 million, up 71.12% YoY, maintaining a healthy PAT margin of 24.61% despite inflationary pressures in material costs.
The company’s balance sheet remained debt-light, supported by a strong equity base and robust liquidity reserves, reinforcing its financial resilience.
Standalone H1FY26 performance highlights:
- Operating revenue reached ₹1415.47 million, up 44.76% from ₹977.80 million in H1FY25.
- EBITDA rose 53.11% to ₹513.04 million, with margins expanding to 36.25%.
- PAT increased 54.80% to ₹374.79 million, with a PAT margin of 25.55%.
- Earnings per share (EPS) improved to ₹14.04, up 11.34% from ₹12.61 in H1FY25.
The company also made strategic progress in expanding its footprint across Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, aligning with its diversification strategy into allied infrastructure domains such as railways and highways.
