New Delhi (Staff Correspondent): In a significant step towards fulfilling its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals, Canara Bank is pleased to announce the donation of a Leprosy Ambulance Vehicle to the Samarpan Foundation Trust.
This renowned organization has been at the forefront of treating and rehabilitating leprosy patients across the country. This initiative reflects the bank’s ongoing efforts to foster social empowerment and improve healthcare access for the marginalized communities.
The donation coincides with the 16th anniversary of the Samarpan Foundation Trust, and a special function was held to mark this momentous occasion.
The official handover ceremony of the Leprosy Ambulance Vehicle was conducted in the presence of Ravi Prakash Jaiswal, General Manager, H.O., Canara Bank, Bengaluru and Biplav Kumar Mishra, Region Head, Canara Bank, New Delhi Central Region.
This initiative will play a significant role in ensuring that patients receive timely medical assistance, facilitate the treatment and rehabilitation.
