New Delhi (Staff Correspondent), November 20: An ash brick plant at Meja Urja Nigam Pvt. Ltd. (MUNPL) was inaugurated by Kamlesh Soni, CEO of MUNPL, on Wednesday.
In this inaugrationt, Anil Baveja, General Manager (Engineering), Chandrashekhar, General Manager (Project Construction), P.K. Sabat, General Manager (Contracts and Materials), along with other senior officials and employees from various departments, were present.
With the new ash brick plant, MUNPL expects to manufacture approximately 12 lakh bricks over the course of a year. This plant will contribute to increase of the ash utilization by the company.
As of today, ash bricks are an important construction material, and the government is also raising awareness about ash brick manufacturing and utilization. MUNPL aims to expand awareness of ash-based products by using in-house manufactured ash bricks in various construction activities.
