IREDA informed on Thursday, “Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, vide order dated August 18, 2026, conveyed that the President of India has appointed Manoneet Dalal as Non-Official (Independent) Director on the Board of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA), for a period of three years from the date of notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier.”
Manoneet Dalal is a legal and financial professional with over 20 years of experience across taxation, financial consulting, legal advisory, public administration and technology. He holds an LL.M. from NLSIU, Bengaluru and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Kurukshetra University. He is Director of Hexa Advisors Limited and previously worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Ernst & Young. He has authored books and research papers on taxation and international trade law.
