New Delhi: BEML LTD. Ltd has secured a significant โน184.25 crore order recently from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for manufacturing and supplying of LCH โ Prachand fuselage aerostructures, to be executed over a period of five years.
The order was signed by R G K Rao, Head โ Aerospace & Maritime, BEML, and T.R. Behera, GM, HAL Helicopter Division, in the presence of senior officials of both companies. One of the largest orders secured by BEML in its Aerospace business, the programme further strengthens the Companyโs capabilities in precision aerostructure manufacturing and mission-critical aerospace systems.

BEMLโs Mysuru Complex, equipped with advanced aerospace manufacturing infrastructure and specialised capabilities, will undertake the programme in line with stringent requirements for precision, quality, reliability and production excellence. Building on its experience in delivering similar aerostructures for HAL helicopters, this programme further strengthens BEMLโs role in Indiaโs evolving defence aerospace value chain. It also reinforces the Companyโs focus on developing advanced manufacturing capabilities for high-value aerospace applications.
