In a career spanning over two decades with Indian Railways, Reddy has played a key role in maintaining and modernizing systems essential for train operations on high-density routes. He has extensive experience in planning, designing, and executing infrastructure projects to enhance capacity and improve safety.
During his tenure with South Central Railway, Reddy held several key positions and was involved in areas such as corporate coordination, human resource management, capital budgeting, supply chain management, delegation of powers, arbitration, transformation initiatives and safety audits.
In his previous posting at the Indian Railways Institute of Signal Engineering and Telecommunications (IRISET), he played a key role in conceptualizing and conducting skill development training programs for railway personnel and industry executives on modern technology systems.
An alumnus of Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupati, Reddy has also attended advanced management training programs at ICLIF Kuala Lumpur, INSEAD Singapore,
and the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
