Kolkata: Sinclairs Hotels, a leading and growing brand in the hospitality sector, has announced its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025.
For the third quarter ended 31st December, 2025, Sinclairs Hotels Ltd. reported a Total Income of %2,070.60 lakh as compared to %1,478.60 lakh in the same period last year while EBIDTA stood at %1,013.19 lakh (previous year: 355.06 lakh). For the quarter, the Company posted a Profit Before Tax of 735.77 lakh (previous year: 156.84 lakh) and a Profit After Tax of 576.53 lakh (previous year: 112.14 lakh).
For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the Company achieved a Total Income of %4,872.09 lakh (previous year: %4,403.50 lakh) and EBIDTA of %1,988.67 lakh (previous year: %1,837.50 lakh). Profit Before Tax for the nine month period was %1,243.88 lakh while Profit After Tax stood at X991.42 lakh.
Sinclairs Hotels remains debt-free with strong fundamentals and has a strong cash position, with current investments valued at 288.70 crore.
