New Delhi: MOIL Limited has achieved a landmark victory at the 54th All India Mines Rescue Competition (AIMRC) – 2025, organized under the aegis of the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS). The company secured the Overall National First Position, with both men’s and women’s teams delivering exceptional performances and collectively winning ten national awards.
The triumph reflects MOIL’s unwavering commitment to safety, technical excellence, and disciplined training. The men’s and women’s teams showcased specialized skills and rigorous preparation, underscoring the strength of MOIL’s structured training framework and its deeply ingrained safety culture.
A defining highlight of AIMRC 2025 was the performance of the MOIL Women’s Team, which set a new benchmark in core mining safety operations. Their success challenged traditional roles and demonstrated the growing participation of women in high-risk, technical domains of mining. Together, the men’s and women’s teams ensured MOIL’s dominance across key classifications, securing the coveted Overall First Position.
The closing ceremony celebrated MOIL’s achievements with messages from Shri Ajit Kumar Saxena, CMD, MOIL, and Shri Ujjwal Tah, DG, DGMS. The event was graced by Shri Ramawtar Meena, DDG (Western Zone), DGMS, along with senior officials from DGMS, MOIL, and WCL, who lauded the teams for setting the highest standards in mine safety.
