New Delhi: Delhivery, India’s largest integrated logistics services provider, announced the launch of Delhivery International, a new Economy Air Parcel service aimed at simplifying and reducing the cost of global exports for Indian MSMEs and enterprise customers. This service complements the company’s existing Express Air Parcel offering, expanding its portfolio to meet diverse export needs.
The initiative is designed to tackle the persistent challenges faced by small businesses in cross-border logistics, including high shipping costs, complex documentation requirements, unpredictable delivery timelines, and limited shipment visibility.
According to Vani Venkatesh, Chief Business Officer at Delhivery, the new service—accessible via the Delhivery One platform—offers a streamlined booking experience with multiple shipping options, real-time pricing, and complete end-to-end visibility from pickup to final delivery. By leveraging Delhivery’s extensive domestic network, even MSMEs located in remote industrial clusters can now access international markets more efficiently.
Sahil Barua, Managing Director & CEO of Delhivery, emphasized the strategic importance of the launch: “Enabling exports is a massive catalyst for the growth of Indian MSMEs. With Delhivery International, we are removing the friction from global trade for our customers.”
The service also integrates global partnerships and AI-powered tools to optimize international shipping routes, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness. With this move, Delhivery positions itself as a key enabler of India’s MSME sector, supporting their participation in global trade and strengthening the country’s export ecosystem.
