Hyderabad: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607), a rising force in AI, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure, has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) to invest ₹400 crores in the state’s healthcare technology sector. The MoU was formalized at APIIC Towers, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.
The agreement marks a major step in Blue Cloud’s strategic expansion, with the launch of its flagship initiative, “BluBio”, a state-of-the-art healthcare technology project to be established in either Amaravathi or Visakhapatnam. Spanning 30 acres, BluBio will serve as a model for scalable AI integration across healthcare, defense, finance, and cybersecurity sectors.
Transforming Andhra Pradesh into a Tech-Driven Healthcare Hub
By 2027, BluBio is expected to generate 1,200 direct jobs in research, development, operations, and administration. Additionally, the project is projected to create over 20,000 indirect jobs across supply chain, logistics, services, and ancillary industries—delivering a significant multiplier effect on the regional economy.
Blue Cloud’s investment is designed to drive innovation through AI-powered solutions, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and security across critical sectors. The initiative aligns with Andhra Pradesh’s vision for inclusive, technology-led industrial development and positions the state as a future-ready destination for high-impact investments.
Tejesh Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, stated: “The signing of this MoU represents a pivotal moment for both Blue Cloud and Andhra Pradesh. By uniting our technological leadership with the state’s progressive vision, we are poised to deliver transformative solutions that will redefine innovation and foster inclusive growth.”
Institutional Support and Transparent Governance
Under the MoU, APEDB will act as a key facilitator, supporting Blue Cloud’s entry into the Andhra Pradesh market by coordinating with state and central government agencies. APEDB will assist in securing necessary approvals and engaging with the Union Government of India for large-scale technology deployments.
While APEDB provides facilitative support, responsibilities such as land allocation, financial incentives, and regulatory approvals will be managed by specialized departments within the Government of Andhra Pradesh. This ensures a transparent, accountable process aligned with national and state development policies.
A Non-Binding, Forward-Looking Framework
The MoU, valid for 12 months, is non-binding and intended to foster open dialogue, streamline investment processes, and accelerate project implementation. It reflects a shared commitment to building world-class infrastructure and catalyzing economic growth through public-private collaboration.
Blue Cloud is an emerging leader in AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, enterprise solutions, and 5G technologies. With a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation, the company is rapidly expanding its footprint across high-growth sectors and geographies.
The BluBio initiative is part of Blue Cloud’s broader vision to create sustainable, tech-driven ecosystems that deliver long-term value to communities, industries, and governments alike.
