Mumbai: In a strategic move poised to deepen energy sector ties between India and Saudi Arabia, MAN Industries (India) Limited has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aramco Asia India Pvt. Ltd. (AAI). The agreement, formalized on 19 November 2025, sets the stage for long-term supply of MAN’s product range and the development of advanced manufacturing capabilities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The MoU, effective immediately and valid for five years, reflects a shared commitment to industrial growth, technological advancement, and regional cooperation. It envisions the establishment of a state-of-the-art steel pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia, either directly through MAN Industries or via its subsidiaries. This initiative aims to support the energy, infrastructure, and industrial needs of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and the broader Middle East region.
MAN Industries, a leading Indian manufacturer of API-grade large-diameter carbon steel pipes, has built a global reputation over three decades for delivering high-quality line pipe solutions to prestigious energy projects. The company’s expertise spans LSAW and HSAW line pipes, ductile iron pipes, and advanced coating systems, with exports to over 30 countries.
