New Delhi: NTPC Ltd. has disbursed its final dividend of ₹3,248 crore for the financial year 2024–25 on 25th September, marking 33.50% of its paid-up equity share capital. The dividend payment advice was formally presented to the Minister of Power and Housing & Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, by NTPC Chairman and Managing Director Gurdeep Singh, along with the Board of Directors. The event was attended by Pankaj Agarwal, Secretary (Power), and senior officials from the Ministry of Power and NTPC.
This final payout follows two interim dividends of ₹2,424 crore each, distributed in November 2024 and February 2025. With this, the total dividend for FY 2024–25 stands at ₹8,096 crore, translating to ₹8.35 per share of ₹10 face value. The milestone also marks NTPC’s 32nd consecutive year of dividend issuance, underscoring its consistent financial performance and shareholder value commitment.
