Mumbai: Trigyn Technologies Limited has announced its financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2025. The company reported a notable turnaround in consolidated earnings for Q2FY26, while also narrowing losses on a standalone basis.
On a consolidated basis, Trigyn posted revenue of ₹24,195.14 lakhs for Q2FY26, up from ₹22,449.99 lakhs in Q1FY26. Earnings After Tax (EAT) for the quarter stood at ₹527.21 lakhs, marking a strong recovery from a loss of ₹460.87 lakhs in the previous quarter. For the half-year ended 30 September 2025, consolidated revenue reached ₹46,645.12 lakhs, compared to ₹45,062.04 lakhs in H1FY25. However, EAT for the half-year declined sharply to ₹66.32 lakhs from ₹797.68 lakhs in the same period last year.
On a standalone basis, the company earned ₹4,342.20 lakhs in revenue for Q2FY26, up from ₹3,541.02 lakhs in Q1FY26. The quarterly loss narrowed significantly to ₹152 lakhs from ₹499.02 lakhs in the previous quarter. For H1FY26, standalone revenue rose to ₹7,883.22 lakhs from ₹7,090.82 lakhs in H1FY25, while the half-year loss improved to ₹651.02 lakhs from ₹757.66 lakhs a year earlier.
The results reflect a mixed performance, with consolidated operations showing signs of recovery and standalone operations gradually improving. The company’s ability to reverse quarterly losses and grow revenue across both reporting segments indicates operational resilience amid challenging market conditions.
