Greater Noida (Defence Desk): Lieutenant General NS Raja Subramani on Friday Attended 80th Anniversary of Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) at the National Convention Centre, Hanoi. during his official visit to Vietnam.
The Indian Army informed that VCOAS also attended the Vietnam International Defence Expo (VIDE 24) which showcases latest global defence technologies including those from India.
“This visit further strengthens collaboration between the armies of the two nations which is grounded in strategic collaboration and trust, and is crucial for enhancing security in the Indo-Pacific, thereby ensuring a stable and prosperous region for all,” Indian Army further said.
The ceremony which marked 80 years of founding of the Vietnam’s People’s Army (VPA), honoured the sacrifices and contributions of the VPA and its crucial role in the country’s struggle for Independence and later unification of Vietnam.
