Mumbai: Route Mobile Limited, a leading cloud communication platform provider to enterprises, OTT players, and mobile network operators, has announced its consolidated financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025.
Q2FY26 Financial Highlights (YoY):
- Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,119.42 crore, marginally up from ₹1,113.41 crore in Q2FY25
- Profit Before Tax (PBT) and exceptional items rose to ₹137.87 crore from ₹131.06 crore in Q2FY25
- PBT after exceptional items dropped sharply to ₹2.00 crore from ₹137.34 crore in Q2FY25
- Profit After Tax (PAT) reported a loss of ₹(18.83) crore, compared to a profit of ₹107.03 crore in Q2FY25
- Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at ₹(3.37) (basic and diluted)
Q2FY26 vs Q1FY26 (QoQ):
- Revenue from operations increased to ₹1,119.42 crore from ₹1,050.83 crore in Q1FY26
- EBITDA (excluding exceptional items) rose to ₹135.95 crore from ₹93.90 crore
- EBITDA margin improved to 12.14%
- PBT (excluding exceptional items) grew to ₹137.87 crore from ₹76.57 crore
- PBT (including exceptional items) declined to ₹2.00 crore from ₹76.57 crore
- PAT fell to ₹(18.83) crore from ₹58.78 crore
Despite the decline in net profit due to exceptional items, the company demonstrated strong operational performance and margin expansion.
